Microsoft and Sony first-party studios team up for new live-service crossover


Rare's Sea of Thieves has got itself a new crossover with Bungie's Destiny 2.

Sony and Microsoft first-party studios have joined forces, as Rare's Sea of Thieves has got itself a new crossover with Bungie's Destiny 2 following its PS5 success. Mighty pirates braving Sea of Thieves' colourful waters are now able to bedeck their ship and selves with some Destiny 2 flavoured cosmetics. At this time, executive producer Joe 'Three Sheets' Neate acknowledged the game's "brilliant, positive and welcoming community, who continue to surprise and impress us with your creativity and antics out on the waves".
