Microsoft Confirms New Blue Screen Warning for Windows 10 and 11 Users


It’s been a tough week for Windows users, and a new Microsoft warning doesn’t make it easier, as users run into a BitLocker encryption recovery blue screen after updates.

Rather than displaying a cryptic stop error number, the new blue screen—being seen by users of Windows 10, 11 and Server who recently applied the July Patch Tuesday security update—asks for a recovery key to be entered.
