Microsoft's quantum chip is powered by topoconductors

But perhaps Huang hadn't predicted this new "topoconductor" breakthrough from Microsoft that allows for "more reliable and stable qubits" that can create quantum computers "capable of solving meaningful, industrial-scale problems".
