Microsoft's Surface Pro 10 and Surface Laptop 6 are here, but you won't find them in stores

Microsoft has finally announced the long-awaited Surface Pro 10 and Surface Laptop 6, but consumers won't be able to buy them easily. They're geared entirely towards businesses and professional users.

For diehard fans of Microsoft's PCs, they offer some notable upgrades alongside those new Intel Core Ultra chips, but they'll be a bit harder to buy than before. I haven't found the key particularly useful on other systems, but at this point Microsoft is so committed to putting its Copilot AI everywhere that it would be embarrassing not to have it on new Surface machines. While it's unclear if focusing on business users will actually pay off for Microsoft, the Surface Laptop 6 and Pro 10 are a sign that the company is still trying to make a mark in the PC market.
