More evidence PS5 Pro is imminent, according to Gamescom developer
The PS5 Pro console pre-orders may start in late September, as Sony's timing lines up with its past two major console launches
Although there was no PS5 Pro announcement at Gamescom 2024, Sony’s mid-cycle refresh for its current PlayStation 5 was reportedly the topic of conversation among developers. The PS5 Pro is being labeled an “open secret,” according to journalist Lorenzo Fazio on a live stream hosted by the Italian publication Multiplayer. The Shortcut has confirmed that Sony will attend the Tokyo Game Show 2024 in Japan with the expectation that it’ll reveal its new PS5 console with beefier specs.
