Mourning Daniel Bristot de Oliveira
The academic and the Linux real-time and scheduling community mourns the premature death of Daniel Bristot de Oliveira. Daniel died at the age of 37 on Monday, June 24, 2024.

He earned a joint PhD from Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina in Brazil and Scuola Superiore Sant'Anna in Italy, with a research thesis focusing on Automata-based Formal Analysis and Veriļ¬cation of the Real-Time Linux Kernel.
