My 4 favorite Linux distros for streaming - and why choosing the right one makes a huge difference

If you stream a lot of content, you'll want to use a Linux distribution with certain qualities. Here are my favorite distributions for streaming.

Well, first and foremost, Kodo makes it easy to stream Netflix, YouTube, Amazon Prime, Hulu, Tubi, Twitch, Plex, Popcornflix, and more. Not only is Linux Mint a user-friendly distribution (with a great UI), but it's also lightweight enough that it runs blazingly fast (so the desktop won't consume more system resources than necessary). You could also opt to go with one of the more lightweight Ubuntu spins, such as Lubuntu, which ensures your desktop environment consumes fewer resources (to free them up for streaming).
