Nearly half of Dell workers opt for full-time remote work, even though it means no promotions

Business Insider reports that it has seen this internal tracking data, and it shows almost 50% of employees have chosen to stay at home full-time despite the consequences. Its transition away from WFH began in early 2023, when it demanded workers living within an hour's commute of the nearest company office return for three days per week.
