Court papers filed in California, USA, show Nintendo is formally suing accessories manufacturer Genki for infringing its trademark, as well as alleging unfair competition and false advertising. Now, Nintendo has filed its copyright claim against Genki, accusing the company of "capitalising" on demand for Switch 2 news and giving "contradictory and inconsistent" statements.
