Noxtua raises $92M for its sovereign AI tuned for the German legal system


A startup called Noxtua has raised a $92 million Series B for its sovereign AI tailored for the German legal system.

Previous and existing investors include Global Brain, KDDI Open Innovation Fund, and Dominik Schiener. With geopolitics casting a shadow over the idea of running Germany-based AI models on U.S.-based infrastructure, Noxtua inked the hosting partnership with Northern Data, which is based in Frankfurt. He has interviewed Tony Blair, Dmitry Medvedev, Kevin Spacey, Lily Cole, Pavel Durov, Jimmy Wales, and many other tech leaders and celebrities.
