Nvidia GPU on bare metal NixOS Kubernetes cluster explained

Fang-Pen Lin's blog about programming

Screenshot of btop of my four-node Kubernetes cluster, with three mini PCs connected via USB4 and the newly added retired workstation sporting an Nvidia GeForce RTX 2080 Ti. Since each Nixpkgs package is just the artifact of yet another Nix’s derivation, which describes how to build the project and all its dependencies in a pure data format (ATerm), I should be able to extract the source code from it. While it sounds a bit unrelated to the main focus of getting the Nvidia GPU to run on Kubernetes, I needed to build nix-playground in Python, and it can only work in a Linux environment.
