Nvidia RTX 5090 and Nvidia RTX 5070 Ti graphics cards have missing components

Nvidia RTX 5080 may also be affected

We have identified a rare issue affecting less than 0.5% (half a percent) of GeForce RTX 5090 / 5090D and 5070 Ti GPUs, which have one fewer ROP than specified. TechPowerUp originally reported the missing Raster Operations Pipeline components, and Nvidia confirmed the issue with the statement above to The Verge. If it doesn’t, contact Nvidia’s technical support with an RMA immediately to start the replacement process for your graphics card.
