How to Apply Click to apply But to jump to the top of the pile, please submit our application (https://onetext-chief-of-staff.paperform.co/) Key Responsibilities Anything & Everything Strategy & operations Collaborating with CEO, CTO and entire team  Financial modeling and planning Investor Updates, Team memos and communication with customers, vendors and lawyers Overseeing incentive-based compensation for Sales and Success team  Running HR software (Gusto, Rippling, Sling, etc) Making long documents shorter Being the extended brain and hands of the CEO Required Skills Experience in a high-growth startup or tech company Exposure to multiple functions such as strategy, operations, finance and HR.  Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making. Being able to make it up as you go.
