A judge has sided with OpenAI in a lawsuit filed by publications Raw Story and AlterNet.
New York federal judge Colleen McMahon has dismissed the lawsuit filed by Raw Story and AlterNet, which accused the company of using their materials for AI training without consent. BioWare had told Mass Effect fans to expect a quiet N7 day without any updates on the new game in the works, but there is still some exciting news for the franchise today. It posted an FAQ detailing which platforms lose which games next month, including popular titles like Jet Set Radio, Crazy Taxi, Golden Axe, and Altered Beast.
