Owner fills restaurant with fresh water to beat Kentucky flooding


Andrew Masterson, co-owner of Captain’s Quarters Riverside Grille near Louisville, told CNN he deliberately filled his riverfront business with fresh water to keep dirty floodwaters out amid widespread flooding in Kentucky.
