Philips Hue Sync now available on LG smart TVs, eliminating the need for a control box


The Philips Hue Sync app is now available on LG smart TVs. This allows users control over immersive lighting and eliminates the need for one of those pricey sync boxes.

The app, along with an associated Hue lighting system, works with content from set-top boxes, streaming sticks, platforms like Netflix and, of course, gaming consoles. DoorDash has reached an agreement with the New York Attorney General over an old practice wherein the company used customers' tips to subsidize its drivers' pay.
