According to the PlayStation blog, the new feature will roll out to users in the “coming weeks.” At long last, you’ll be able to play Fortnite and other multiplatform games with your dear PS5 friends without fudging around within different in-game chats. Now PlayStation users will be able to log on to chats directly from the console, “without relying on the Discord PC or mobile apps,” the blog said. The feature will launch over the next few weeks, “starting with players in Japan/Asia, followed by Europe, Australia/New Zealand, and the Middle East, and finally the Americas.”
