RADV Merges Vulkan Pipeline Binary Support


Thanks to the work of Valve Linux graphics driver developer Samuel Pitoiset, the Radeon 'RADV' Vulkan driver is now the first within Mesa supporting the new Vulkan pipeline binary extension.
