Reddit's new ad format blends in with regular posts


Reddit claims that some brands trying out 'Free-Form Ads' are seeing a 28% boost in click-through rates.

These ads allow advertisers to mix it up with different formats in one post, like images, videos, and text, thanks to handy templates. Reddit mentions that the ad format is inspired by one of the platform's favorite post types: megathreads. Reddit mentioned that these new ads are its most native format yet, made to look similar to community content shared by users.
