Ring doorbell customers angry at 43% price hike


Users have taken to message boards to complain about the increase, which they say is unjustified.

Users of Ring video doorbells have reacted angrily to a huge price hike being introduced in March. After buying the devices, customers pay a subscription to be able to receive alerts when the bells are rung, and review the footage they gather. "As we continue to invest in the services we offer, we are updating our Protect Basic plan pricing."
