Rustup 1.28 is out today as the newest version of this official tool that is the Rust project's recommended means of installing the Rust programming language support. With it being one year since the prior release, Rustup 1.28 is made up of a lot of improvements and other changes over this time. The other new platform support is loongarch64-unknown-linux-musl for the Chinese LoongArch64 processors on Linux with the musl C library.
