Altman uses Graza olive oil, which comes in beautifully-branded squeeze bottles that are popular on social media (he is a millennial, after all). The company sells distinctly-marked “sizzle” and “drizzle” varieties of its olive oil for sautéeing and finishing dishes, respectively.
