Samsung Galaxy Ring 2: Everything we want from the next Samsung smart ring
The Galaxy Ring is a pretty straightforward smart ring. The Galaxy Ring 2 will hopefully bring more to the table.
At the moment, you can use a Galaxy Ring double-pinch gesture to silence your phone alarm, which is a nice start to making it part of your nighttime routine. I can't list out every possibility for Galaxy Ring gesture controls here, and some could feel a bit gimmicky, so it makes sense for Samsung to start small. Plus, if Samsung adds haptics, the Ring 2 could buzz your finger when you hit certain heart rate zones or enter a new workout phase, as many fitness bands do.
