We’re looking for a seasoned full-stack engineer to lead feature development across our Node.js, React, and PostgreSQL stack. You'll own projects end-to-end—from schema design to backend APIs—ensuring our platform remains fast, scalable, and reliable. What You’ll Do Ship high-quality code across Node.js/Express backends and React frontends. Architect and optimize PostgreSQL databases: schema design, complex SQL, and performance tuning. Build dynamic, high-performance React components using hooks and modern tooling. Design and implement robust REST and real-time APIs (WebSockets). Incorporate Redis for caching, queues, and high-throughput workflows. Translate product ideas and customer feedback into scalable features. Improve system observability: logs, metrics, and alerts. Contribute to sprint planning and raise the bar on team velocity and code quality. What We’re Looking For 4+ years of experience building and deploying full-stack applications in production. Expertise in PostgreSQL: schema design, window functions, complex joins, query tuning. Solid experience with Redis for caching or pub/sub use cases. Strong system design skills; experience architecting systems independently. Clear, concise communication and a bias for shipping. Nice to Have Experience with Next.js, TypeScript, GraphQL. Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines. Background in real-time messaging or event-driven systems. Startup experience, especially in high-growth environments.
