Using enterprise software at work should be as elegant as any consumer experience, so my team includes experts in design, research, product documentation, and strategic operations. Today, a critical part of my role is to work with our Product and Engineering teams to make sure that generative AI, embedded in the ServiceNow platform, unlocks new standards of usefulness and self-service. ServiceNowWe also build trust by labeling responses that were provided by LLMs in the UI so that users know that they were AI-generated and by citing sources so customers can understand how the LLM came to that conclusion or found information.
