Evaluates primers for quality in several metrics: melting temperature, GC content, 3' end stability, repeats, and possibility of forming self-end dimers. When both ends are marked as tunable, PlasCAD assumes this primer is for attaching two DNA fragments together, as in SLIC and FC cloning. Annotate the common features from sequences; this includes promoters, origins of replication, affinity binding tags, and antibiotic resistance genes.
