SoftBank Group to Acquire Ampere Computing for 6.5B


(TOKYO, Japan) and (Santa Clara, CA) – SoftBank Group Corp. (TSE: 9984, “SoftBank Group”) today announced that it will acquire Ampere® Computing, a leading independent silicon design company, in an all-cash transaction valued at $6.5 billion.
