An anonymous reader shares a report: Itâ(TM)s been a rocky couple of months for Sonos -- so much so that CEO Patrick Spence now has a canned autoreply for customers emailing him to vent about the redesigned app. But as the company works to right the ship, restore trust, and get the new Sonos Ace headphones off to a strong start, it finds itself in the middle of yet another controversy. The updated policy no longer contains a sentence that previously said, "Sonos does not and will not sell personal information about our customers."
