Stellantis’ electric STLA Frame gives vehicles 690 miles of range with an extender

The new platform runs primarily on battery-electric technology but can also underpin internal combustion, hybrid, gas-extending, and hydrogen vehicles, the company said. Meanwhile, the company’s STLA Large platform will underpin upcoming EVs like the Jeep Wagoneer S and Dodge Charger Daytona. The automaker also has a fourth STLA Small platform intended for Fiats and Peugeots, but it hasn’t been fully fleshed out yet.
