T-Mobile will only push away customers by requiring apps for in-store changes

What's the point of heading to a store?

Both customers and T-Mobile employees seem unsatisfied by the carrier's reported changes, as chronicled by multiple Reddit threads on the r/tmobile subreddit. Instead of jumping through a million hoops, including 2FA codes, security questions, and IMEI numbers, I can tell a store associate exactly what I need — and they're happy to help. Until this policy is reversed, I suspect more T-Mobile customers will express their frustration with the T-Life app, as they've been doing on Reddit for the past few weeks.
