Whistleblowers accused OpenAI of placing illegal restrictions on how employees can communicate with regulators about securities violations.

Every big social network and internet platform has been hyping new AI features, so it’s probably no surprise that LinkedIn is moving in that direction,… The lawyers representing these whistleblowers sent a letter to SEC chair Gary Gensler, alleging that OpenAI’s contracts with current and former employees could illegally prevent them from alerting government agencies to harmful behavior.
