Tesla Cybertruck Owner Complains About Loud Wind Noise; Tesla Says, “The Only Way to Stop the Noise is by Putting a Tape Over the Panel Gaps”

A Tesla Cybertruck owner took his truck in for service because of loud wind noise in the cabin. However, to his surprise, Tesla turned him back, saying the only way to reduce the noise was by putting tape over the body panels.

However, he adds that Tesla turned him back and stated that the only way to lower the loud noise was to apply tape over the body panels. Finally, the Tesla tech concluded the repair note by writing that the issue was covered under a basic limited vehicle warranty. I also have a speaker that clearly is making a terrible rattle like it’s blown, and the tech noted that I was streaming music, playing louder than 75%, with no issues found at 75% volume.”
