Tesla discounts hit almost $12,000 as Cybertruck sales struggle

The Tesla Cybertruck is having a rough time as of late. To fix that, Tesla is offering big discounts across the lineup.

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) released its American Automobile Labeling Act records. Before you go rushing through the picket lines at your nearest Tesla dealership, the 2025 model doesn’t have access to the same $7,500 federal tax credit it once did. That welcomed EV credit could drop the cost of a Cybertruck RWD to around $62,490 when the new model starts reaching buyers.
