Tesla sued over fatal Autopilot crash
The parents of a motorcyclist who was killed in a crash involving a Tesla Model 3 with Autopilot switched on have sued the automaker and the car's driver.
Just this week, Washington state investigators determined that a Tesla Model S involved in a fatal crash with a motorcycle in April had Full Self-Driving engaged at the time. The biggest news stories this morning: Meta’s Threads has 200 million users, Don Lemon is suing Elon Musk and X, AI startup says scraping every song on the internet is ‘fair use’. Udio and Suno were sued in June, with major labels claiming they trained AI models by scraping copyrighted music from the Internet.
