The Arc browser that lets you customize websites had a serious vulnerability


The Arc browser's 'Boosts' feature would've allowed bad actors to edit a website and add a malicious payload that their target could download to their computer.

The feature called " Boosts" allows users to change a website's background color, switch to a font they like or one that makes it easier for them to read and even remove an unwanted elements from the page completely. The biggest theater chains in the US and Canada are upgrading their technology and adding attractions like arcades, bowling alleys and ziplines in hopes of enticing more people to go to the movies, according to Variety.
