According to Reuters, the FSB, and GRU have used such tactics and spread disinformation via SMS and Telegram when Russian troops advanced in the Kharkiv region. By the way, since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, Ukrainian special services have blocked the activities of 86 Russian bot farms in Ukraine, which controlled three million accounts on social networks.
