The massive Fallout: London mod is out now
Just be wary of the next-gen update.

In development since 2019, the London mod introduces a new location and story to the postapocalyptic world, complete with fully voiced characters and 200 different quests. The mod is coming at a good time, as Fallout is in an especially prominent place thanks to the excellent live-action series on Amazon Prime Video, which is getting a second season.
