The Morning After: More fallout from the Digital Markets Act


There's more fallout from the DMA, and the first over-the-counter CGM in the US.

In an indictment that was unsealed in a federal California court, prosecutors accused Linwei Ding, a 38-year-old Chinese national who started working at Google in 2019, of uploading trade secrets from his Google-issued laptop to personal cloud storage accounts. Along with the Iki Island expansion and Legends co-op mulitplayer mode, features include real-time cinematics rendering for improved lip sync for Japanese audio. Microsoft engineer Shane Jones previously raised concerns about the safety of the image generation platform DALL-E 3, citing it was easy to create disturbing pictures.
