There could be a bidding war for EssilorLuxottica smart glasses, but Meta is poised to win


Google is reportedly looking for a partner to help make Gemini-powered smart glasses.

Google released a pretty convincing pre-recorded video showing its capabilities ahead of its developer conference, but it didn't back that up in live demos.
