SPOTIFY has gone down for thousands with customers unable to play their favourite tracks. More than 21,000 customers have logged complaints on the Downdetector website, which measures outages, sinc…
One person wrote: "Hard to believe this “outage” isn’t caused by some kind of hack on larger infrastructure." While some users have demanded compensation or threatened to switch to Apple Music, Youtube Premium or Amazon, others have come to Spotify's defence. Spotify outage comes at the same time as BBC iPlayer viewers reported problems with accessing shows.
