Tim Cook Sports 1-of-1 Nike Air Max ’86 in Apple Livestream
The sneakers were worn by the CEO as he unveiled a lineup of new products.
As Tim Cook was updating viewers on all of the innovations coming to the iPad lineup, the Apple CEO was subtly sporting a custom-made pair of sneakers. The shoes featured an off-white mesh body and sole, while the mudguard and toe included a unique soft “wave” effect and a rainbow-speckled pattern. Decorative stitching surrounding the Swoosh and on the heel nodded to the Apple Pencil Pro, mimicking the lines of a sketch.
