Tom Clancy’s The Division Heartland has been cancelled by Ubisoft


Tom Clancy's The Division Heartland, which was to have been the next entry in the post-apocalyptic loot-shooter series, has been cancelled, Ubisoft announced.

Originally planned for release in the 2021-2022 window, Tom Clancy’s The Division Heartland, conceived as a free-to-play spinoff of the post-apocalyptic shooter series, has been canceled by Ubisoft. Speaking to IGN, Ubisoft said “After careful consideration, we have made the tough call to halt development on Tom Clancy’s The Division Heartland, effective immediately. Red Storm, based in North Carolina, is a development studio founded by Tom Clancy himself to make video game adaptations of his military thrillers.
