Twitch responds as viewbots rival Netflix viewership with million of fake hours watched
A new report on Twitch viewbotting has revealed that thousands of streamers have been flagged as having at least one “suspicious” stream, but they’re working on it.
Twitch has been working on additional viewbot detection tools; however, according to Stream Charts & Audiencly, there have still been enough fake watch hours to match Netflix.
