Ubuntu 25.04 ISO images are now available for download along with the various flavors of this newest six-month, non-LTS Linux distribution update. Ubuntu 25.04 is a nice step forward in being powered by the fresh Linux 6.14 kernel, featuring the GNOME 48 desktop environment with HDR support and Wayland enhancements and much more, Mesa 25.0 graphics drivers for nice AMD RDNA4 and Intel Xe2 Battlemage support, Python 3.13, and a wide variety of other package updates that have built up since Ubuntu 24.10 last October.
