Ukraine Unveils Pocket-Sized Net Launcher to Take Down FPV Drones

Ukrainian firm TENETA introduces the MITLA, a lightweight anti-drone device designed to intercept enemy drones using a rapid-deploying net.

Ukrainian defense company TENETA has developed a new lightweight, single-use anti-drone device designed to counter enemy FPV drones and reconnaissance quadcopters. According to the developers, these specifications allow the device to disrupt drone flight paths during close-range combat or while defending fortified positions. The rounds, which resemble regular 5.45 mm cartridges, are designed to fragment mid-air, increasing the chances of hitting fast-moving FPV drones.
