For example, instead of just freely talking to someone, picture yourself as a curious interviewer, eager to understand more about the other person and ask unconventional questions that reveal their perspective and experiences. The choice is yours: remain solely technically proficient or become a more impactful version of yourself—one who fills every room they walk into with joy and makes other people feel good.
