I think the customer service is an obvious place to start because it involves taking what language models are brilliant at, which is talking to people and then trying to do a fairly limited number of things. This has been at the top of a lot of people's minds recently because OpenAI just announced that it made a deal with Jony Ive, the former and longtime head of design at Apple, to acquire a new startup that he launched to build a new class of AI devices for the home. Michael Calore: I think my biggest concern is something that you touched on, Lauren, which is the fact that, as the hype and the excitement around AI agents ramps up, that a lot of companies are going to be looking at them as a way to reduce labor costs.
