It's Amy Gleason. Does she know that, though?
After weeks of the Trump administration giving everyone—the press, the court system, its own staff—the runaround on who is in charge of the so-called Department of Government Efficiency, we finally have an answer. Gleason, who lists herself on LinkedIn as a “Senior Advisor” at the United States Digital Service—the agency that was reorganized to serve as DOGE—is a healthcare executive who co-founded a no-longer operational telehealth company called CareSync and served as the Chief Product Officer at rural healthcare provider Main Street Health. Interestingly, Gleason was also previously recognized by the Obama administration as a “Champion of Change” for her work improving healthcare technology, including digitizing medical records.
