WebStorm and Rider Are Now Free for Non-Commercial Use

WebStorm and Rider, JetBrains IDEs, are now free for non-commercial use! Learn more in the blog post.

Creating additional community editions would risk offering a feature set that doesn’t meet the needs of the many different types of users we have. Common examples of non-commercial cases include learning and self-education, any form of content creation, open-source code, and hobby development. You’ll still be able to purchase personal and organizational subscriptions for WebStorm, Rider, dotUltimate, and the All Products Pack with exactly the same terms and conditions as are currently in place.
