What is an autopen, the device at the center of Trump’s attack on Biden’s pardons?
The president claimed his predecessor's pardons for Jan. 6 committee members are "void" due to his use of an autopen, but legal precedent says otherwise.
The “Pardons” that Sleepy Joe Biden gave to the Unselect Committee of Political Thugs, and many others, are hereby declared VOID, VACANT, AND OF NO FURTHER FORCE OR EFFECT, because of the fact that they were done by Autopen. While the Constitution does not allow a president to revoke a pardon, it appears Trump may direct his Justice Department to carry out an investigation into this matter.
